If you've ever worn a piece of colourful jewellery and felt more like yourself, you're not imagining it — colour has power. Real, emotional, transformational power. And I design my jewellery to honour that.
But it wasn’t always this way for me.
There was a time I only wore grey and black
You wouldn’t believe it now, but for a while, my wardrobe was almost entirely dark. I was going through a difficult time, and without realising it, I was shrinking. Blending in. Dimming myself.
When my mum passed away, it cracked something open in me. I started questioning everything — my choices, my joy, my identity. Somewhere along the way, I realised: I had lost a part of myself. And I needed to reconnect.
Finding my spark again — through colour
Colour had always been part of my life. I grew up in Italy, surrounded by boldness — flowers, fashion, vibrant streets. My mum wore bright 60s prints and never shied away from standing out. I realised I wanted to feel that confidence again. I wanted to feel seen.
That’s when I started exploring the world of colour again — and not just on instinct, but with purpose. I took an online class with interior designer Sophie Robinson, and I was blown away by the psychology behind colour. The way certain tones can energise us, calm us, empower us. I couldn’t stop reading. I bought books, watched talks, and started using colour with new intention — not just in what I wore, but in what I created.
Why I create bold, colourful statement earrings
I now design polymer clay statement earrings with one goal: to make people feel beautiful, bold, and empowered.
My pieces aren’t minimal. They’re not quiet. They’re not here to blend in.
They’re here to make you notice yourself first — and then tell the world,
“I’m here. I’m taking up space. And I feel amazing.”
I use colour blocks, vivid shapes, and glass-like finishes to craft jewellery that you don’t just wear — you feel. Whether it’s fiery red or electric blue, my pieces are about confidence. They’re a reminder that you can still push the boundaries. You can still be bold. You can still show up as the brightest version of yourself.
Sometimes, all it takes is a powerful accessory and a swipe of lipstick to help you own your place in the world again.
Have you ever experienced the emotional power of colour?
